After the birth of my daughter I was inspired to photograph her, and taking a these photographs became like an art to me. I took pictures of everything I saw! I had a simple $75 point and shoot pocket sized camera to start off with. It wasn't fancey thats for sure, but it worked. I shortly later looked into going to school to educate myself in the Art of Photography with the hopes of turning it into a profession. To take the classes though I needed to obtain a DSLR or SLR Camera, and when I looked into them, discoverd they didn't come cheep! I figured I would never get one, but my 'special someone' had made plans for the PERFECT birthday gift! My heart beat a little harder when I first laid eyes on my Canon Rebel XSi DSLR Camera. From that day on it was around my neck at all times it seemed. Not AS much, but i do certainly have it close at hand. You never know when something worth photographing will happen, and you need that camera ASAP!
My passion has become photography, and to the best of my ability I will work towards it. I believe this is a gift from the Lord, and I want to use this as an opportunity to Glorify Him.
I Love the feeling I get when I look at photos of my daughter the day she was born, and the photos of her since then up until now. It reminds me of how fast time flies! I can always look back and remember the moment, the mood of the room, and the feelings I felt right at the moment that photo was taken. Who is to decide that haveing those moments captured well, in good quality has to cost a fortune? Thats where I hope I can be of service to you.
